THE OPNET COMPENSATION PLAN

Compensation Plan in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars

The OPNET Compensation Plan is the most flexible and innovative compensation plan in the industry. It provides equal opportunity to the “newcomer” as well as the experienced business person. But most of all it is fair. There are five phases through which you earn income as an OPNET Distributor:

Personal Retail Servicing, Weekly Override, Monthly Production Bonus, Leadership Bonuses and Chairman’s Club Bonuses. In addition to these the program also provides for many other exciting rewards. Let us first cover the basics.

PERSONAL RETAIL SERVICING

One of the keys to the success of the OPNET opportunity is retail sales and repeat sales.

DIFFERENTIAL PROFITS

As excited customers join you and become Distributors, you begin to build a downline. As you and your downline Distributors reach appropriate levels of achievement, you earn bonuses on these downline Distributors both on a Weekly and Monthly basis.

LEADERSHIP BONUSES

The greatest opportunity for growth and long term income stability comes as you strive to build strong leaders like yourself. Through the OPNET Compensation Plan you earn overrides on the entire downline organizations of the leaders you develop.

CLUB BONUSES

Being part of the Chairman’s Club is the most exciting leadership reward program ever developed. This bonus program is an infinity bonus which means you can earn up to 5% of your entire downline volume regardless of depth. This is in addition to the Leadership Bonuses.

How Do I Get Started?

STEP 1... Become a Distributor

You enter Phase 1: Retail Profits

Simply complete a Distributor Application with your sponsor and purchase your Business Kit. Upon acceptance, you now have the right to purchase all OPNET products at 25% discount from the suggested retail price, and then sell these products at a higher price. In addition, you can also sponsor others to do the same. As your monthly volume increases you can achieve Supervisor status which allows you to purchase at 32% discount and then Manager status which allows you to purchase at 40% discount. You become a Supervisor by generating a Group Retail Volume of $2,500  in one calendar month. You qualify as Manager in one of two ways:

*Generate at least $2,500 GRV (Group Retail Volume) for two consecutive calendar months; 

OR

*By generating $4,000 Group retail Volume in one calendar month.

NOTE... All qualified Managers need at least $1,000 of their GRV to be unencumbered. Unencumbered volume is volume that is not generated by another qualifying Manager.

You enter Phase 2: Weekly Override

 

 

Example of Calculation of Bonuses on $5,800 G.R.V. where 10 Distributors each produce P.V. of $580

Weekly Override on $5,800 = 15% of $5,800 =$870

As you achieve Supervisor status and Manager status you earn a Weekly Override on the distributors you are helping to build their distribution network. This is the difference between your discount and their discount.

You enter Phase 3: Monthly Production Bonus

Based on the accumulated retail volume done by you personally and all of your less than Leadership Bonus Qualified Legs, you are paid a monthly bonus directly from OPNET. This is when it begins to get exciting.

OPNET recognizes you as a Leader when you qualify at the Manager status above.

There are five other Levels of Leadership within the OPNET compensation plan, each with increasing benefits to go along with the increased responsibility. Here’s a brief overview of the benefits associated with each of these Leadership achievement Levels.

EXECUTIVE MANAGER: Once you develop and promote one first generation Leader who maintains his required volume, in addition to all your other benefits, you earn 5% on the Leader Group Purchase Volume (LGPV) of all first generation Managers and 5% on your second generations.

GENERAL MANAGER: Upon developing two first generation Leaders who maintain their required volume, you are paid 5% on the first, 2nd and 3rd generations.

DIRECTOR: After you develop four first Level Leaders and they each maintain their required volume, you are now paid on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th generations.

MANAGING DIRECTOR: To achieve this Level requires the development of six first generation Leaders. The Managing Director is paid on the same Levels as the previous step, but another generation of 5% is added, for a total of 5 full generations.

PRESIDENT: You have now reached the pinnacle of achievement within the Leadership Bonus Plan. Once you have personally developed eight first generation Leaders who maintain their required volume, you are now paid an additional generation of 5% for a total of six generations.

STEP 3...Join the Chairman’s Club

CHAIRMAN'S CLUB BONUS SCHEDULE

Opnet recognizes you as a Leader when you qualify at the Manager Level and above.

The Chairman’s position was created to attract the highest calibre of field Leadership to OPNET. We know that after a certain period of time, a portion of a Leader’s downline volume will be out of the pay range of a standard “break away” bonus plan. Consequently an extraordinary incentive was designed that would have the “impact potential” to get the attention of “mega leaders”. That incentive is OPNET’S Chairman’s Club. The Club Bonus pays an “infinity” type of bonus. It is interrupted only by someone else in the downline qualifying for Club Bonus.

Diamond Crown Chairmen can receive 10% on their first 6 generations and 5% thereafter, imagine the long term potential! In addition, OPNET have other special incentives. Cruises, Trips, Car Allowance and much more.
